Filings Desk

Pricing

Priced per call. Refunded when there is nothing to sell.

Ounie credits — one credit is one cent — from the same wallet as every other Ounie app. No subscription, no plan, no minimum.

Filings index

3credits

$0.03 per call

Everything a company has filed, newest first, filterable by form and date.

  • Up to 100 filings per call
  • Form type, filing date, period, 8-K items
  • Direct link to each document
  • Flags when older filings were not fetched

XBRL facts

5credits

$0.05 per call

Annual figures from a company's own XBRL, with the tag that answered.

  • Up to 8 metrics, 20 years
  • Every point carries its accession number
  • The chosen tag and the ones tried, named
  • Untagged metrics listed — never zeroed

Risk diff

12credits

$0.12 per call

This year's risk factors against last year's, paragraph by paragraph.

  • Added, removed and reworded, with both texts
  • Matched by similarity, not by position
  • A lexical hedging signal on each rewrite
  • Both source filings linked

Reserved, then settled — or returned.

Credits are held when a call starts and only settle if it produced an artifact. A comparison whose section could not be extracted, a fact bundle where nothing was tagged, a filter that matched no filing: every one of those returns the full reserve, pool by pool, exactly as it was drawn.

What is billed is a real answer you did not expect — including a comparison that finds nothing changed. That is a finding, and often the one you were checking for.

Reading, listing and exporting past runs is free forever.

Agents, with an account

One key, the whole desk.

A flg_live_key drives every endpoint the dashboard uses, over REST or MCP, and spends its owner’s Ounie credits. It can never overdraw: a call that cannot be covered is refused with a 402 naming the shortfall, before anything runs.

Agents, with no account

Pay per call in USDC.

The x402 endpoint takes USDC on Base with no key and no account. The price is computed from your payload, so the two rails can never disagree about what a call costs.

An on-chain settlement is final, so nothing is settled until there is a real artifact. A call that produces nothing is refused before the money moves — not refunded after, because on this rail there is no after.

Credits live on your Ounie account.

Top up once and spend across every Ounie app. Billing happens on ounie.com — there is no payment page here, and there never will be.
